Hassett Hardware wouldn’t be a hardware store if we didn’t carry tools.

We’ve got everything from standard hand tools like wrenches, drivers, pliers, awls, hammers, cutters and clamps to power tools like circular saws, impact drivers, grinders, sanders, planers and drills. We carry all the brands you trust including STIHL, DeWalt, Milwaukee, Husqvarna, ECHO, HILTI, BOSCH, Toro, Dremel and EGO. If we don’t have what you need for whatever project – home, car, garden, boat, deck, DIY, electrical, plumbing or otherwise, just ask! We can almost always order what you it, and if we can’t we’ll find out who can.

We often get questions about what tools we carry. We’ve answered our most frequently asked ones below, but you can always call or text your local store any time, and we’ll help you figure out exactly what you need.

Do you carry tools for working on cars?

Yes. We have lots of basic tools for wrenching on cars as well as some speciality tools. Come on in and see what we have or call us to find out if we have what you need. We can always special order something for you.

Does ACE carry power tools?

Yes, we carry a wide selection of power tools including outdoor power equipment – we do repair, rental and sales of OPE as well – and we carry all manner of drills, landscaping and garden power tools like chainsaws, blowers, lawnmowers, edgers and more. We stock brands like STIHL, Milwaukee, Honda, ECHO, Multiquip, Bosch and HILTI. Call your store for details and if we don’t have what you need, we can order it. If you break a favorite tool, we can fix it at our Powered by Hassett location in Half Moon Bay.

Can you fix or repair tools?

Yes! We have an entire store dedicated to fixing small engines and other power tools, our Powered by Hassett location in Half Moon Bay. And if you don’t live in HMB, you can drop your repair off at any of our other locations.
