Hassett ACE Hardware and its Powered by Hassett location is a certified dealer for all the brands we carry and our entire Powered by Hassett team is certified to repair every brand we work on.
If it runs on a small engine, we can fix it. And if you’re located on the peninsula, you can drop your repair off at one of our other locations.
We carry all Honda parts, we’re the Bay Area’s only Multiquip dealer and we are the only store in a hundred-mile radius that sells VP racing fuel. We also carry the STIHL iMOW® Robotic Mower.
If we don’t have the parts you need in stock, we’ll order them and get your equipment fixed and ready to go.
We rent power tools!
We also rent large outdoor power equipment including industrial pressure washers, rototillers and trenchers by brands like STIHL, Honda, Multiquip, Bosch and HILTI.

What kind of equipment do you repair?
We repair anything that runs on a small engine and offer full engine rebuilds, tune ups, and diagnostics, as well as pick ups and drop offs for larger machines like ride-on mowers.

Are you certified to work on STIHL?

My chainsaw won't start, can you troubleshoot it and fix it?
Yes! We can find the problem, order the parts and fix it for you.
Do you deliver or pick up machines that need repair?
Yes we do, and we also deliver newly purchased equipment.
What's your hourly shop rate?
$90 an hour, but it depends on the equipment or problem of the machine.
Can you repair the engine on my motocross bike?
Yes! Bring it in and we’ll troubleshoot and repair it for you. From a tune up to a complete rebuild.
Do you work on ride-on mowers?
Yes we do, but appointments have to be made before drop off or pick up.
Do you sell racing fuel for motocross?
Yes! We’re the only dealer of VP fuels in the Bay Area.
Do you have someone there who can tell me the best VP fuel for my needs?
Yes! We have certified team members who can help answer all your questions.
Which Multiquip products do you carry?
In house we carry smaller equipment like plate compactors, rammers, concrete mixers, but we are able to order anything that Multiquip manufactures.
